OUR STATEMENT ON CORK Cork is a naturally occurring bark harvested from the cork oak tree. The bark is stripped from the tree in a process that doesn’t harm the tree. The cork bark regrows over a period of years and can be stripped again and again, making it a sustainable material. Because it’s an organic material, every piece has a unique pattern. It’s also super absorbent and naturally resists slippage which makes it great for coasters and trivets. It comes in a variety of thicknesses which allows for a rigidity or a flexibility that’s perfect for lots of applicationsReturn & Refund Policy

Due to variations in the materials and availability of supplies, we may not have the exact materials/supplies to repair or match your products. SHIP-TO Please double-check that the shipping address you provide is correct, as this is a common reason for loss of items. The Captain's Pineapple will not be responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address at the fault of the buyer.
PROCESSING Please allow up to 2-3 business days for items to be processed for shipping unless specified otherwise after checkout. For custom orders and made on demand items, please allow 2-3 weeks.
ECO-FRIENDLY We do not typically include paper invoices with orders. If you would like us to include a paper copy, please make a note requesting one at checkout.
We reuse boxes and packaging material. If for some reason, you do not want your order packaged using used materials, please contact us.
GIFT NOTES If you would like a special note included with your order, please make a request prior to checkout and include what you would like the note to say.
SHIPPING CHARGES The shipping charges include the packaging and postage. All of our items are packaged with care in protective mailers or boxes. We try to ship with the most economical methods. Orders are typically insured against loss or damage up to $50. Contact seller for special shipping or packaging requests (additional fees may apply).
