Shipping Policy

SHIP-TO Please double check that the shipping address you provide is correct, as this is a common reason for loss of items. The Captain's Pineapple will not be responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address at the fault of the buyer

PROCESSING Please allow up to 2-3 business days for ready-to-ship items to be processed unless specified otherwise after checkout. For custom orders and made-on-demand items, please allow up to 3 weeks. Contact us for a more detailed timeline of your specific order

ECO-FRIENDLY We do not typically include paper invoices with orders. If you would like us to include a paper copy, please make a note requesting one at checkout

We reuse boxes and packaging material. If for some reason, you do not want your order packaged with pre-used materials, please contact us

GIFT NOTES If you would like a special note included with your order, please make a request prior to checkout and include what you would like the note to say

SHIPPING CHARGES The shipping charges include the packaging and postage. All of our items are packaged with care in protective mailers or boxes. We try to ship with the most economical methods. Orders are typically insured against loss or damage up to $50 and can be tracked with a tracking number we will provide once shipped. Contact us for special shipping or packaging requests (additional fees may apply)

COMBINED SHIPPING If you are ordering multiple items, we can combine shipping

LOCAL PICKUP If you're local to our area (Southern WV), will be in our area, or live near one of our stockists, we can arrange local pickup to avoid shipping costs. Contact us to discuss arrangements

Return & Exchange Policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES Because of the general personalized and customized nature of our products, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns or exchanges

 

But please contact us if you have any problems with your order

It is very important to us that you are satisfied with your order. If you received any items broken or damaged from shipment, please contact us immediately to discuss replacing or repairing your damaged item(s)

Due to variations in the materials and availability of supplies, we may not have the exact materials or supplies to repair or match your products. If this happens to be the case, we will contact you with further information

CANCELLATIONS If, for some reason, you must cancel your order, please notify us immediately by e-mail referencing your order number. If the item is not customized or personalized and it hasn't shipped yet, we will cancel your order and refund your money
