WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
The maximum size for any given shape is 13x21 to be one continuous piece. We can, however, do bigger requests by creating segments. We can cut any dimensions smaller than 13x21 in a continuous piece.
Standard thicknesses are 1/8" and 1/4" but, depending on the project application, we may be able to go thinner or thicker if requested.
Most projects will be crafted from plywood, acrylic, MDF, or a combination of the three.
MDF (medium density fiberboard) is an economical option that takes paint fabulously but should not be exposed to moisture.
If your project will be in contact with food or water, material selection and finishing products must meet food safety requirements.
Respectively, plywood and acrylic each create their own unique aesthetic. One may be better used in certain situations than the other.
We can help you determine which material works best for your needs.
The $10 price on this listing is only the baseline charge for our time doing drawings and setting up for a custom project. If you've ordered cutouts from us before, we may be able to waive your fee.
Final pricing will be determined on a case by case basis after reviewing the project parameters and getting customer approval of proof drawings. At this time, the customer will be invoiced for the balance.

HOW TO ORDER
In the text box provided, leave a brief description of the desired design (such as cutout shape(s), text, fonts for text, sizes, quantities, materials, thicknesses, applications, etc) and let us know if you will be sending us an image/graphic file or if you will be utilizing our in-house design services. We understand that you only get 500 characters for this so just do your best to give us an overall view of the project as concisely as possible.
Please provide an email address where we can reach you to initiate the next steps of the process. This should be an email address that you monitor regularly.
In the "Custom Cutout Options" drop down box, select the item(s) that most closely matches your project.
In the "Cutout Material" drop down box, select the material for your project. 
Leave the quantity at (1). 
Proceed to checkout and place an order like normal. We've tried to price our Customs Workshop items to cover most requests but some additional costs may apply after we review the design. If that happens to be the case for you, we will inform you of this before proceeding any further.
We will receive the order on our end including the information requested above. If you haven't heard from us within 24 hours, please make sure our email didn't get filtered into your junk/spam folder.
