A unique wood photo album "bound" by metal rings. Includes (20) uniform pages that hold (4) 4x6 photos. Each page has a pocket along the "binding" for inserting a strip of paper with information about the photos like the date and names of people in the picture. Add more photo pages as needed. Choose from one of our existing designs or start a custom order to let us help you create your own.

EXCHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS Contact us within: 3 days of delivery

EXCHANGES Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept exchanges for:

Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges, re-shipping charges, and any additional costs that may apply.

It is very important to us that you are satisfied with your order. If you received any items broken or damaged from shipment, please contact us within 3 days of delivery to replace/repair your damaged item(s) via the contact form on the contact page. Due to variations in the materials and availability of supplies, we may not have the exact materials/supplies to repair or match your products. If this happens to be the case, we will contact you with further information.

CANCELLATIONS If, for some reason, you must cancel your order, please notify us immediately by e-mail or via the contact form on the contact page referencing your order number. If it hasn't shipped, we are happy to cancel and refund your money.

Shipping Policy
SHIP-TO Please double-check that the shipping address you provide is correct, as this is a common reason for loss of items. The Captain's Pineapple will not be responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address at the fault of the buyer.

PROCESSING Please allow up to 2-3 business days for items to be processed for shipping unless specified otherwise after checkout. For custom orders and made on demand items, please allow 2-3 weeks.

ENVIRO-FRIENDLY We do not typically include paper invoices with orders. If you would like us to include a paper copy, please make a note requesting one at checkout.

We reuse boxes and packaging material. If for some reason, you do not want your order packaged using used materials, please contact us.

GIFT NOTES If you would like a special note included with your order, please make a request prior to checkout and include what you would like the note to say.

SHIPPING CHARGES The shipping charges include the packaging and postage. All of our items are packaged with care in protective mailers or boxes. We try to ship with the most economical methods. Orders are typically insured against loss or damage up to $50. Contact seller for special shipping or packaging requests (additional fees may apply).

COMBINED SHIPPING If you are ordering multiple items, we can combine shipping.
