ABOUT THIS PRODUCT These boards are crafted from acacia wood harvested from sustainable acacia plantations and manufactured without the use of chemicals. Acacia wood is a durable material but will not blunt your chopping knives. It is also naturally resistant to odors. The boards are sanded smooth and finished with a food grade mineral oil that brings out the beautiful grain and coloring in the wood, making them both functional and worthy of display. They meet the FDA requirements for food safety.

HOW TO ORDER

In the text box provided, leave a brief description of the desired design (Ex. Logo, handwritten recipe, typed message, names and dates for a wedding anniversary, totally custom, etc.) and let us know if you will be sending us an image/graphic file or if you will be utilizing our in-house design services. We understand that you only get 500 characters for this so just do your best to give us an overall view of the project as concisely as possible.
Please provide an email address where we can reach you to initiate the next steps of the process. This should be an email address that you monitor regularly.
Select a quantity. All Customs Workshop items are only available while supplies last.
Proceed to checkout and place an order like normal. We've tried to price our Customs Workshop items to cover most requests but some additional costs may apply after we review the design. If that happens to be the case for you, we will inform you of this before proceeding any further.
We will receive the order on our end including the information requested above. If you haven't heard from us within 24 hours, please make sure our email didn't get filtered into your junk/spam folder.

The finished item(s) you receive may vary slightly in appearance from the pictures shown online but each item is represented as accurately as possible.
Return & Refund Policy
It is very important to us that you are satisfied with your order. However, because of the personalized nature of these items, we don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on orders from our Customs Workshop except for in the following instances:

Item(s) arrive damaged from shipping. Please save the packaging and provide us with photos of the packaging and the damaged item(s) at thecaptainspineapple@gmail.com, as we may need to open an insurance claim with the shipping provider. We will discuss further steps with you as deemed appropriate to the situation.

If, for some reason, you would like to cancel your order, please notify us immediately by e-mail at thecaptainspineapple@gmail.com with your order number and a reason for the cancellation. If we haven't made your order yet, we are happy to cancel it and refund your money.
Shipping Policy
SHIP-TO Please double-check that the shipping address you provide is correct, as this is a common reason for loss of items. The Captain's Pineapple will not be responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address at the fault of the buyer.

PROCESSING Please allow up to 2-3 business days for items to be processed for shipping unless specified otherwise after checkout. For custom orders and made on demand items, please allow 2-3 weeks.

ECO-FRIENDLY We do not typically include paper invoices with orders. If you would like us to include a paper copy, please make a note requesting one at checkout.

We reuse boxes and packaging material. If for some reason, you do not want your order packaged using used materials, please contact us.

GIFT NOTES If you would like a special note included with your order, please make a request prior to checkout and include what you would like the note to say.

SHIPPING CHARGES The shipping charges include the packaging and postage. All of our items are packaged with care in protective mailers or boxes. We try to ship with the most economical methods. Orders are typically insured against loss or damage up to $50. Contact seller for special shipping or packaging requests (additional fees may apply).

COMBINED SHIPPING If you are ordering multiple items, we can combine shipping.
